I did actually meal plan for the week, on Sunday, but never wrote it down. Since I do find it helpful as a reference, here’s the plan!
Monday: Curried Lentils in Tomato Sauce from Martha Stewart which was absolutely delicious! Husband and Lady Jo approved. Also, extremely easy and cheap. I cooked up some dried lentils (a bit more than half of a pound bag), and it was still fairly quick. Nice leftovers for today, too.
Tuesday: Made green bean salad yesterday to bring to book club (yay potluck)
Wednesday: Sweet and sour red cabbage, boiled corn, and Zucchini frittata with feta instead of goat cheese – needs to be an early dinner, since G has a meeting
Thursday: I think this is my very last volunteer date at Sixth & I, since I will be officially hitting the third trimester and the synagogue generally has a summer slow-down anyways. I’m a bit heartbroken about it- I really do love Sixth & I. Will likely pick up California Tortilla before the event, G is on his own.
Friday: Baked Ravioli which is making my mouth water already! Also broccoli or frozen veggies.
Saturday: A WEDDING! I’ve got a maternity dress, some pretty white shoes, and I’m very ready to celebrate with some dear friends. Let’s all hope for fine weather.
Sunday: Slow cooker curry chicken with green bean almondine and Dimply plum cake because it’s a celebratory sort of weekend
Also, I think I really have to try these Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes
I have been trying to slow down and cut back on activities, but I think I’m actually going to be doing more out-and-about in the next few weeks than I have in a while! I’m starting a water fitness class Saturday mornings, still going to yoga every Sunday around noonish, knitting is Tuesdays, and soon we’ll be spending six Mondays in childbirth class. That’s not even counting the random work meetings, Ravellenic Games cast on party, and so forth. At least my weekend activities are in the pursuit of fitness and health. I’ve been doing more walking, which is definitely a positive- so if I can just keep that up a few times a week, plus my yoga and the swimming, I guess I’m doing better in the second half of my pregnancy than I was doing for the first!

Hi! G sent me to your blog the other day after I mentioned a new love for cooking. Those oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes look AMAZING. I’m considering making them in the morning! Thanks for the link!
