And how quickly the count can move- from 32 UFOs to 31. All it took was stitching up some sleeves and a few more seams, weaving in ends, and procuring just the right buttons. Five years ago I finished everything else on the sweater- but now I can say it is finally done.
Adorable. Not machine washable- hence the five year wait. Mmhmm. Next UFO on the block? I want to finish the Tea Leaves sweater. First sleeve is almost done. The cross stitch sampler and cashmere shawl are also in my knitting bag. Hoping to finish all of them by the end of April. While I was at G Street picking out the buttons for this Sand Sweater, I got some for Tea Leaves, and picked up fabric to back the Storm at Sea quilt. Also, some fabric for another small quilt. What can I say- I had to use up my Groupon!
